JWorld

JWorld is a fantasy mobile MMORPG. Users find themselves in a new world where must gain experience solving clues, interacting with other players, exploring new places.

JWorld currently supports the widest possible range of mobile phones, being developed using MIDP 1.0.

Main features are:

  • Intuitive game interface: players use phone keyboard, or directional pad, to move around.
  • Integrated messaging system: players can talk while playing. This gives them the possibility to coordinate actions, to find help, to create communities.
  • Pseudo-real time: our goal was to support all possible phones, and to achieve this we found severe technological limitations to overcome. Users in JWorld can interact in a "real-time" manner, even on phones with limited connectivity support.
  • Object trading: players can exchange objects, making money out of them. Goal of JWorld is not making money, but they'll be useful in many situations.

JWorld is currently under development.
