  Betavine widget: Website Launcher generator 

  Some of you should remember the Website Launcher generator, launched some weeks ago, a web tool to create Web Runtime website launchers.

  A website launcher is a small application that opens the web browser of your mobile phone, and automatically loads the desired website, so avoiding you the need to type its complete address.

  

  Now a mobile version, for the Betavine widgets platform, is freely available for download: Betavine Website Launcher.

  With this new tool, you’ll be able to create shortcuts to all your favorite websites directly from your phone, without the need to type long web addresses no more!

  Mobilise your website, build a Web Runtime launcher in few easy steps! 

  Today I’d like to give a first preview a new little tool that allows users, developers and websites’ owners to create a mobile launcher WRT widget for their websites in few, easy steps: the Website Launcher generator!

  

  The website offers a simple interface where, filling out some required fields (e.g.: widget’s name, website URL) and optional fields (e.g: widget’s icon) it’s possible to create and immediately download the Web Runtime widget for the desired website.

  A widgets’ gallery is also available, to download widgets created and shared by other users.

  

  The service is still in its early development phase, and I’ll be glad to have any kinds of feedback

    Thanks for sharing this widget – Website Launcher generator! I must say that this one is a very useful one,I never found other widget that allows users, developers and websites’ owners to create a mobile launcher WRT widget for their websites.
